Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Beaconly. Please read them, especially the rules on sending outreach.
1. The service
Beaconly helps you find businesses to sell to and reach them: it researches your website, suggests campaigns, finds companies and decision makers, drafts emails, sends the ones you approve and can book meetings on a calendar you connect. By creating an account or using Beaconly, you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms, personally or for the business you represent.
- Give accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us at toannhu@nudgen.net if you think your account has been used without your permission.
3. Sending outreach responsibly
You decide who to contact and you approve every email before it is sent. You are the sender, and you're responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your outreach — such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR and CASL — including having a lawful basis to contact each person.
You agree not to use Beaconly to:
- send spam, bulk unsolicited mail, or messages to people who have asked you to stop;
- send deceptive, misleading, harassing, unlawful or harmful content, or impersonate anyone;
- remove or hide the opt-out line Beaconly adds to emails;
- collect or resell contact data, or use it for anything other than your own outreach;
- probe, overload or work around the limits and security of the service.
We may pause sending or suspend an account that breaks these rules or that harms the service's deliverability for others.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of what you put into Beaconly and of the emails you send. You give us permission to process it only as needed to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. AI-generated content and data
Summaries, campaign ideas, fit assessments and email drafts are produced by AI and may be wrong or incomplete. Contact details come from third-party data and may be out of date. Review what Beaconly produces before relying on it or sending it.
6. Connected services
Some features rely on other services, such as Google Calendar (connected through Composio) and the mailbox provider that sends your emails. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms. You can disconnect your calendar at any time.
7. Changes and availability
We're improving Beaconly continuously, so features may change or be removed. We try to keep the service available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Beaconly is provided “as is”. We don't promise any particular number of replies, meetings or sales. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using Beaconly at any time and ask us to delete your account at toannhu@nudgen.net. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive — such as your responsibilities for outreach you sent, disclaimers and liability limits — continue to apply.
10. Changes to these terms and contact
We may update these terms; for material changes we'll let you know by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Beaconly afterwards means you accept the updated terms. Questions go to toannhu@nudgen.net.
